1. Overview of the Service
LunchBox is a mobile platform that connects customers with local food vendors offering meal delivery services. We facilitate order placement, payment processing, and delivery coordination, but we do not prepare or deliver food ourselves.
2. User Accounts
- Be at least 18 years old or have legal parental/guardian consent
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
You are responsible for all activities under your account.
3. Ordering and Payments
- Orders must be placed through the App.
- Prices, availability, and delivery times are determined by individual vendors.
- Payment must be made through the App using available payment options.
- We use secure third-party payment gateways. We are not liable for issues caused by those services.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation policies vary by vendor. Check vendor-specific terms before placing an order.
- If a refund is approved, it may take 5–7 business days to process.
- We reserve the right to decline refunds for dissatisfaction with taste or quantity, unless there is a proven issue with the order.
5. Delivery
- Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.
- Users must provide accurate delivery addresses and be available to receive orders.
- Failed delivery due to incorrect information or unavailability may result in forfeiture of the order.
6. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors using LunchBox agree to:
- Maintain hygiene and food safety standards
- Provide accurate menu and pricing information
- Fulfill orders within agreed timeframes
LunchBox is not responsible for food preparation, quality, or hygiene violations.
7. Prohibited Uses
Users may not:
- Misuse the platform or submit fraudulent orders
- Harass vendors, delivery partners, or LunchBox staff
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the App
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and technology used in the App are owned by or licensed to LunchBox. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- LunchBox is not liable for food quality, delivery delays, or vendor conduct.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the App.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted in the App, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
12. Governing Law
